Abstract

Pembangunan Sosial Ekonomi merupakan komponen penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata di suatu negara. Salah satu Agenda Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) yaitu rancangan pariwisata mempunyai dampak jangka panjang terhadap lingkungan, sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal dan wisatawan yang berkunjung, baik _Sekarang maupun di masa depan. Tujuan Pengabdian ini memetakan Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia yang memahami kaidah bahwa daerah objek pada kegiatan ini yaitu Taman Budaya Pampang adalah daerah potensi wisata yang mampu membangkitkan perekonomian Masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode interaksi secara langsung, Dimana tim akan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk memetakan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia apa saja yang diharapkan dapat membantu Masyarakat untuk mengembangkan daerah mereka, hasil dari observasi tersebut akan diuraikan pada sosialiasi Socio Economic pada daerah potensi wisata Taman Budaya Pampang Samarinda.
